Booking Policy :
Credit card number (Visa or MC), complete name of the card holder, expiration date.
Non-smoking room : a $ 100.00 fine applies if non-smoking law is not respected.
Rooms and activities have to be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation policy: :
More than 7 days before arrival, no fees will be charged.
Between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival, 50 % of the fees.
48 hours or less, 100% of your stay will be charged.
TRAPPER’S COTTAGE
Booking Policy :
Credit card number (Visa or MC), complete name of the card holder, expiration date. Non-smoking cottage : $ 100.00 fine applies if non-smoking law is not respected.
50% deposit by credit card is asked to confirm your reservation. We will need a written authorization sent by email for the amount which will be charged to your credit card.
The balance will be payed by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), Interac, travellers cheques or cash upon arrival.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation:
- more than 30 days before arrival : 50% of your deposit will be kept
- less than 30 days before arrival : total deposit will be kept
